Corinth is a Terran Federation colony world.
The Xawe once inhabited Corinth several thousand years prior to 2626. However, the Xawe civilization was destroyed in a war on the planet, with the artificial Corinthian Automatons serving some role during the war.
In the mid-23rd century, the Terran Federation colonized the planet during the Great Breakout. Originally colonized to serve as an agricultural settlement, Corinth eventually grew into a prosperous colony within a few years.
