Chasca is a Terran Federation colony world.
The planet was originally home to a Thoi'han colony. Though years after the Thoi'han-Inusannon War, the colonists were isolated and eventually devolved into simple beasts. The creatures eventually started to serve the Human colonists as beasts of burden.
